Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using axe.work and the Axe platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
The Service
Axe provides AI-powered business operations services, including but not limited to:
• AI agent deployment and management
• Business tool integrations (email, calendar, CRM, Slack, SMS, etc.)
• Workflow automation and team coordination
• Ongoing optimization and strategy support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Accounts and Access
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your business to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Payment Terms
Setup Fees
Setup fees are due at the time of service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced, except as described in our 90-Day ROI Guarantee below.
Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended until payment is received.
90-Day ROI Guarantee
If Axe does not save your team at least $3,000 in recovered time or help you close at least one additional deal within the first 90 days of active service, we will continue working at no charge until it does. If you remain unsatisfied after that period, we will refund your setup fee in full.
This guarantee requires:
• Active use of the platform during the 90-day period
• Reasonable cooperation with our onboarding and optimization process
• Written request submitted within 15 days of the 90-day period ending
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, technology, and materials on axe.work and within the Axe platform are owned by TryAxe.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the Service. This includes business processes, pricing, client data, and proprietary workflows. This obligation survives termination of the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryAxe.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TryAxe.ai and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we will return or delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
